Relax

The first thing to do, if you want to live longer and healthier, is to find a good and comfortable place to relax after working for 10 hours per day and most of us live in a noisy and busy world. For example, every day we make a lot of schedules meet up such as meetings, deadlines, parties and celebrity events
and doing this always will never help you to have a good chance and time to relax for next day and live longer and healthier. However, if you are ready to live longer and healthier, make sure you have a good time to relax, even if it's only for 3 hours out of 12 hours you will spend in the office. Relaxing is very important and necessary for your mental state because it will help you to recover your body back when you are tired.

Don’t stress
Doesn't mean, if you are working in the office or you are a trade, you will always be stressful because you will be attending to different types of people per day and it depends on how you cope with the people you are working with for not being stressful often. Stress is impossible to prevent or avoid nowadays and it's very necessary to learn how to cope with it not to cause problems for you, especially if you are facing difficult situations. If you are a type of person who always do stress work, please try to stop and avoid it because stress causes a lot of problems or issues in the body both internal and external such as a headache, various disease and premature aging, always try to remember before working stressful work. Any problems that come with you, I want you to be patience, take a good deep breath on and out and also, think about good things that are very important in your life before handling the Job such as your children, wife, and properties. Minimize your stress is among the best ways to live longer.

Eat healthy
Make sure when you wake up in the morning, try as much as possible to eat healthy foods such as vegetables and whole grain because will help you improve and balance your health. It very vital to living longer and healthier life. Make sure your food is balance and eat enough. Never eat in the cafeteria and fast food or junk food because they contain also of chemical that can damage your health. Nourish your body with healthy food, not junk food.

ExerciseResearchers have confirmed that exercise is among the secret to stay happy, improve your health such as to reduce stress, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, cancer and weight and to live healthier and longer. Doing exercise 3 times in a week can also improve your internal and external health of your body. You can do your exercise in different ways such as riding a bicycle, jogging or walking from your house down to the street. Good health is better than wealth.

Make the right choices
Never let people make decisions or choices for to you because you can later regret in the future. When you wake in the morning after praying to God, try to guide yourself to the right and optimum path. You can also help people around you who really need your help.
