Worrying
The first thing to do this year is to neglect your worry because worry is the best way to ruin or damage your joy with your family. Instead of worrying yourself every day, on how to solve different problems facing in your family, why you didn't solve it step by step with patience, not in a hurry. If you are doing things easy and patience, you will later succeed. To live a meaningful and happier life with your family is to stop worrying yourself from bad things that have happened in the past, try to focus on your future. Keep in mind, worry will never solve a lot of problems unless it will be adding more. For Example; your father die and you are crying, worrying or thinking how you will continue your life and you have forgotten that this crying can cause a headache or malaria and so on. You have to take everything easy in whatever you are doing.
Doing exercise
Doing exercise 4 times in a week is among the best ways to feel happy and live healthier. Researcher has proven that doing exercise 4 - 5 times in a week helps the body to reduce weight, stress, anxiety, and depression. Is not too late to start doing exercise 3 times in a week, if you are not doing it before. You can walk from your house down to the street, riding bicycle or swimming and you can also do jump up or stretch your body to increase your body flexibility.
Expectations
Try as much as possible to reduce your expectations such as not satisfied with your lives. To live a comfortable, meaningful and happier life, reduce your expectation. Instead of expectation, try to write a story book every month, doing this will help you to reach your goal and aim. Avoid too much of stress, because stress can cause a lot of problems to the health.
Appreciate
Always be happy for what God have done in your life including your lives and appreciate what you have then be think negative. Everyone always tries as much as possible to achieve more goals or aims and they easily forget what the have left to be managed. Yes. Is very good to have more than one goal, but try to make yourself incompetent by always wanting more. For example; before you build another house, try to appreciate the first house you use your money to build.
Be thankful
In life, things go right and wrong sometimes. But always remember God and give thank to him what for what he has done in your life such as you are able to wake up in the morning without sickness and you are able to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the day and he provides all things you need. And also thank your husband for been with you for long and your future kids provide for both you or the food he provides on the table.
Avoid comparisons
This is another thing, you have to stay away from If you want to live happily. Comparing is another source of unhappiness. Is not because your coworkers buy a new brand car last year doesn't mean that you have to what he or she does, you can do another thing that will make you feel happy. Even if your sister took a trip to south African during her vacation, that doesn't mean you should travel to South African. Instead of comparing yourself to people around, while you didn't do things that will make you feel happy.
Get enough rest
When you are back from work, try to rest on a chair or you sleep, doing this will help you to recover your body back and stay healthy. When your boss handle a task or projects for you to submit and it can take up to 24hours to through with it, try to schedule your time for work and rest, doing this also will help you through with your work quickly and you will have enough time for yourself to relax. Sleeping at night is among the best ways to have better health.
