Signs that you are ruining your career

The family is an important and necessary part of life, without your family, some of your problems or issues will not be solved. 60% of people always pay too much of attention to their work rather than their family.

Most people consider their goals to be an important and necessary part of life. People always said that “Only selfish people always worry about their goals. 1. Perfectionism
Struggle your effort to be perfection is one of the major problem or habits that can spoil or ruin your life. No matter how you work hard in the office, you will never do your job perfectly. There is always a mistake, that you will learn. Everyone is a learner and novice. Propensity or perfectionist people prefer to die rather than making a mistake. It actually a bad way to make your life stressful and fearful. Don't be afraid to admit any mistakes. Life is full of risk. Failure doesn't mean you have not achieved. Any mistake you made, it will make you smarter and stronger. Stop struggle your effort to be perfect. This is the best way to improve your goals and life as well.

2. Stop learning
Millions of people stop learning after graduated from secondary and tertiary school, because of a financial situation, tired of reading and studying. Before you can be a successful person in life, is to improve your knowledge, develop yourself and talents. Never expect your boss to promote you on your export growth. It might be their requirements, but some bosses are different from employee and employer, that they will not think about you include your job such company is oil and communication company because thousands of people work under them. Try all your possible best to improve your skills and talents regularly. The more you read daily, The better you know forever. You might also take some free courses online, to improve yourself.

3. Weak Willpower
Everyone is not able to reach or achieve their goals or aim if they didn't have willpower and confident or boldly. If your boss hand over a difficult project to you, don't think otherwise (if they hate you). It means that they have believed in you, that you can do it well than anyone else. If you can't handle the project, let your boss know immediately before it too late to handle it to another person like you. Now that, your boss will not appreciate you and happy to hear that from you, but they will understand you. If you are afraid to handle the task, don't say NO to your boss, because is a bad idea. Just try your best.

4. Working too much
Over Working too much is totally bad, because you will not have time to rest or relax but know that, is not only you have serious problems. Stressing yourself too much can lead to half payment of salary, it might ruin your career and waste your effort and time. People who like overworking can damage their careers without realizing it, that can end up sad or poor. Working hard is good but don't over work. This is main things to keep in mind when you want a promotion in your office.

5. Saying Yes or No
If your coworker is facing some immediate family issue to solve and ask you to help him or her out to complete her project. And you have a lot of important projects, but you can't say NO to her, and you definitely say YES and end working tonight doing the two job. But is better to say no, if you could not do it. But he or she can call you selfish. Don't think about it. It will definitely help you to achieve your goals and aims without wasting your effort, health and time.

6. Right or Wrong Path
It is very hard to know If you are taking the right or wrong path when people are so preoccupied with money, they are ready to do whatever job to make cash. True life doesn't lie in money. You do a job you didn't like to earn a lot of money, you can be facing some challenge or problems later in the future. If you feel like you are taking the wrong path, it is not too late to change your career.

7. Stressful Job
Doing stressful job every day can cause a lot of problems to us in different ways. Overworking people don't have time to relax or rest and it leads to poor and mental health problem. As we all know, if money buys everything in life, it can never buy health. Try all your possible ways to reduce stress from your lifestyle. Always try to understand your negative thoughts, toxic or harmful people around you and difficult life problems. Positive thoughts can help you to improve your life while negative thoughts can totally ruin your life.
