The best ways to feel happy and good daily are few things we often forget to do every day to have more honour and understand everything around you. When you start feeling good, you will later realize that life is attractive, nice and happy life. Here are the few tips below to feel happy daily.

Laugh or Smile
Laugh is the first way to feel happy daily. Researchers have proven that laughing always helps to release serotonin and painkillers that will make you feel good with your body. When you feel sad and angry or you have a bad day, try to laugh or smile with people around you rather than being alone, because it will let you feel great and good throughout the day.

Mirror
Looking yourself in the mirror is another best ways to make you feel happy daily. Mirror is not only for tidy your hair, it can be used to look your beautiful body. Looking at the mirror is necessary and important things you should do, before leaving your house, because it will help you to power and your weaknesses. For instance; You meet a girl and you start a relationship with each other, because of her you neglect some of your friends and you change your behaviour and character are not good because, after some years, you can be regretting neglecting your friends. Never worry or think about what bad people say or you are pretending to be someone else, to make people feel proud of you every day, doing this will not make you live a happy and meaningful life. Always appreciate God, for what he has done in your life and be proud of yourself in many ways and accept everything that comes around you either good or bad things.

Always spend your time with people who love you not bad ones. Stay away from people who want to bring you backward or down. Bright side
